An incredibly rare and all original bark finish 18K yellow gold Rolex Day-Date 36 mm President featuring a stunning wood dial. This watch was produced in 1979 and has model number 18078. This watch is all original and has never been polished.This watch is all original and is in fantastic overall condition, with some signs of previous wear and use; with no dents or dings, displaying minor hairline scratches on the case sides.
This watch has its original sapphire crystal with cyclops magnifier, bark finish bezel, date and day function, and a quickset function allowing the date to be set independently and quickly.
The beautiful wood dial is in mint condition with no scratches or cracks. It has a warm dark coffee and caramel color throughout with eye-catching and very appealing swirls. The dial has a beautiful yellow gold border surrounding the date and day calendar wheels.
The yellow gold Presidential bracelet is still very crisp with virtually no sag and the bark finish is crisp and prominent throughout.
This watch was recently serviced in house- is keeping precise time and is waterproof to Rolex standard.
