Returns
Return Window: All sales are limited to a 14-day return policy for all reasons.
Customs Refusals: We do not accept returns or refunds for packages refused at Customs.
Item Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as sent to be eligible for a return.
Altered or damaged items, including any accompanying boxes, documentation, papers, and certificates, are not accepted.
Accompanying Materials: Returns missing any accompanying materials will not be refunded until those items are also returned.
Liability: Seller's liability is limited to the total amount invoiced. Seller is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of purchased items.
