A very rare and iconic two-tone 18K yellow gold and stainless steel Cartier Panthère with date. This exquisite wristwatch is all original and features the sought-after three-row gold bracelet configuration. It is accompanied by its original Cartier box. The watch has model number 83949 and is recognized as the medium size model.
Case:
The 18K yellow gold and stainless steel case measures 27mm wide (excluding the crown) and 36mm in height from lug to lug. The matte silvery-white dial features black Roman numerals, tempered blue sword hands, and a discreet date window at the 5 o'clock position. The word "Cartier" is subtly inscribed through the seven o'clock numeral. The dial is protected by a scratch-resistant, anti-glare sapphire crystal and framed by a high-polish yellow gold bezel.
Bracelet:
This watch is fitted with a two-tone Panthère-style bracelet with three rows of 18K yellow gold. It is secured by a stainless steel butterfly deployant clasp for seamless wear.
Condition:
The watch is in very good overall condition with minor signs of wear on the case, bezel, and case back in the form of light hairline scratches. The quartz movement was recently serviced and has a new battery.
