A rare and unusual ladies retro 18k rose gold and diamond Patek Philippe wristwatch produced in the 1940s. This retro watch has a Patek Philippe movement and a case back double signed by Patek Philippe and Guillermin of Paris.
This exceptional time piece has a champagne dial protected by a plexiglass crystal. The rose gold bracelet is connected to the case by two platinum links set with round diamonds.
The watch has Patek Philippe makers marks and French hallmarks throughout.
Guillermin was a renowned jewelry retailed at Guillermin & Mollet, 16, Place Vendôme, Paris France. This watch was originally sold there and is double signed on the case back.
The watch will fit a 7.75 inch wrist with the extender. If desired, the extender can be professionally removed to fit a smaller wrist of 6.75 inches. If a different wrist size is needed please contact us.
