Return Window

All sales are eligible for a 14-day return policy for any reason, beginning the day you receive the item.

Watches sold as New or Unworn are not eligible for return.


Customs Refusals

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any package refused at customs.
All international buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import laws, taxes, and duties.


Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the exact same condition as sent.

The following conditions make an item ineligible for return:

  • Watches that have been opened, tampered with, or serviced by any non-authorized or uncertified party

  • Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage

  • Missing or damaged boxes, pouches, links, tags, documentation, papers, or certificates

Items that arrive altered or damaged, or with missing materials, will not be accepted.


Accompanying Materials

All returns must include every item shipped, including:

Boxes, Papers and certificates, Warranty cards, Booklets, Accessories, Extra links, Branded packaging, etc.

Returns missing any of the above will not be refunded until the missing items are also returned.
If materials are not returned, the return will be denied.


Return Process

  1. Contact us within the 14-day window to request approval and a Return Authorization.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back using a fully-insured, trackable shipping method.

  3. Items must be shipped within 3 business days of receiving approval.

  4. After inspection and verification, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.


Canceled Orders (Before Shipment)

Orders canceled before shipping but after payment is submitted are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
This fee covers non-refundable merchant charges collected by payment processors.


Final Sale Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Watches sold as New or Unworn

  • Any item altered after delivery
